At Military Mode, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or any other reason, please email us at daniel@regimentals.co.uk within 28 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the returns address.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, as soon as we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will issue a full refund for the purchased item(s) to your original payment method.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that the item(s) are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
